Executive Chef Benny Sarta and Pastry Chef M Aryo Widarbo join hands to create main courses and plated dessert for Valentine’s Day. Their work is presented creatively; offering both an excellent view and a tasteful sensation.
The Seared Salmon Fillet is one of 2017 Valentine’s main courses, delivered with artichokes, lima beans, saffron mousse, and Choron sauce.
Another delicious Valentine course is the juicy yet crispy Duck Breast, served with Quinoa “Risotto” cooked risotto-style, “with parmesan, butter, and beetroot puree for the finishing touch,” Chef Benny says.
Completed with Glaze Carrot marinated in white wine, fresh orange segments, and demi glaze sauce from the duck bones, the course is definitely a bountiful treat you can’t miss out.
